Bob did a great job of designing a set of WordPress templates for a new website. We’ve also used him a couple of times since for some bug fixing and he’s been very responsive and easy to work with.

I worked with Bob during my time at Photolink Creative Group and cannot commend him highly enough. As far as front end developers go, in my opinion, they don’t come any better than Bob. His attention to detail is meticulous and he always ensures that the build is as close to the design as physically possible. On top of this, his builds are always thoroughly cross-browser tested and always adhere to W3C CSS validation.
His skills stretch well beyond XHTML and CSS and he is also an expert in Flash and ActionScript too, which was fantastic for me as a flash designer working along side him. He’s also a thoroughly nice chap to boot, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We have used Bob Spencer on many projects over the years, ranging from straightforward HTML coding to complex Flash animation. What is unique about Bob is his ability to develop his skills to new challenges; a good example being the development of a new software tool we wanted to prototype. Bob was able to use his Adobe knowledge to rapidly prototype a piece of software; reducing the lead time from months to weeks. It is certainly a technique we will use again.
